PREPPING FOR THANKS…
I can hardly believe that tomorrow is Thanksgiving, but I’m so… well, thankful, to have the next few days to hit the pause button and spend time embracing the most important things in life: family, friends and food! But today? I’m last-minute planning, as usual. Tonight some friends of mine are throwing a Thanksgiving-Eve dinner [...]

Let’s see: white pumpkin. On a log. On a plate. In the country. With pecan-sprinkled ravioli…yup…I think I’ve found my version of a perfect Thanksgiving. I’d shamelessly crash this party!

everytime i come here i take a deep breath of positive inspiration!
Beautiful table setting! Perfect shades of autumn-ish colours.
Love the table — so much texture there!
My mother-in-law sometimes makes Pumpkin Ravioli or Butternut Squash Ravioli on Thanksgiving, and I love it when she does. Enjoy your party tonight — and good luck with the prep!
They truly look heavenly I must agree with you
Oh, that setting is exquisite. A white pumpkin will be on my list next year. And I tried something, and immediately went back to buy it the next day. It is Salted Caramel Syrup from Monin, and it is out of this world. You taste the sea salt, and I think more of quickly caramelizing vegetables, but yesterday, I was so eager, I cut an appled and dribbled a little syrup over it. I felt one, holy and indivisible.
