seattle gift guide

Good morning friends! I had this post all written and scheduled to go up today, but in the wake of yesterday’s events, things like gift guides and celebrating seem to be quite secondary don’t they? But, there is one thing that still makes this post relevant today, and that is community. I love this little [...]

    I don’t go anywhere without my Kari Gran Travel Set. Addictive skin care especially in winter time.
    Thanks for the tips. I might have to treat myself to numbers 1, 5 and 15! The lip print is priceless. Love your blog. Look forward to it all the time!

SHOP SMALL :: A COZY GIFT GUIDE

eberjay small shop cozy gift guide

A couple of days ago I received a text message from one of my girlfriends that said “I’m in my coco+kelley PJ’s… thank you SO much again, I am extra cozy tonight!” Nope, I didn’t get into the PJ design biz while you weren’t looking. What she was referring to were the ultra soft, insanely comfy [...]

SHOP SMALL :: GIFT GUIDE FOR HIM!

We certainly don’t give the boys enough attention around here, do we? I think that needs to change in 2013 because I have to say that I loved making this gift guide for men! It’s funny how a certain personality evolves out of these picks, don’t you think? I saw the same thing happen in [...]

SHOP SMALL :: SHERIDAN + LE OBJECTS

Think about this for a second… no matter how big your city, there’s always room for more boutique stores. Why is that? I think it must be because everyone has something to offer, and small shops reflect the taste of their owners so well. Even if you took a two rooms full of similar merchandise and let two very different [...]

    I just wanted to say thank you so much for this “Shop Small” series. Not only am I being introduced to lovely little stores I might not have discovered otherwise, you’re promoting something I feel passionate about, which is supporting small businesses.

SHOP SMALL :: WATSON KENNEDY + FAR4

If you remember my post around Thanksgiving, I made a commitment this holiday season to Give Big Shop Small by highlighting some of my favorite local shops in Seattle as well as small online shops in my gift guides, and this week will kick off a week of plenty of each! I thought we’d start [...]

    So awesome that you’re following through on the small shops guide! Also selfishly relishing in this as I need some major clueing in about special spots in the area. Very intrigued about Watson Kennedy and may just have to go check out..

    I love Watson and Kennedy! I have missed the ferry several times from getting lost in all their treasures. I am working on a gallery wall and I have some of their vintage music to frame!

    Watson Kennedy has long been a favorite of mine and I have literally planned trips to Seattle around a long visit to WK. Once around the store is never enough. I must take the time to linger, touch, smell, plan and enjoy every single beautiful thing. I think I’m due for another visit!

    What a thrill to see these two shops featured on your blog. My hubs and I were in Seattle last week for three days. These were two of the shops we visited. Hubby loved Watson Kennedy and I Far4. Fell in love with the VGY scarves at Far4, which I should have bought but didn’t, since we were heading down to Portland for 4 wonderful days of tax free shopping : ). They ship to Canada so I’m looking forward to owning one of these beautiful scarves. Two fantastic shops!
