SEE YOU SATURDAY!

Just wanted to post a little reminder today that we’ll be hosting our Spring Shopping Event tomorrow at the Bellevue Macy’s from 1-3pm! I’ll be pulling my favorite spring trends, and lending styling tips while we provide some distraction from the rain here in Seattle, and this week’s horrific events across the country…  I’m usually [...]

COME SHOP WITH ME AT MACY’S!!

I don’t know about you, but lately I’ve been having a bit of a spring wardrobe crisis. I realized that it’s definitely been a while since I’ve updated some of my basics, and my accessories could use a little kick as well. So, I’m really excited about hosting a spring shopping event next week at [...]

DESIGN CAMP SEATTLE :: WIN YOUR WAY IN!

Some of you may have seen some fleeting tweets and talk between myself and the co-founders of Design Camp – Lori Dennis and Kelli Ellis lately. Well, these two and their entourage (or should we say camp counselors?) are making their way to the Emerald City, and we’re giving away five tickets to the three-day event! Each day [...]

Well, you of course! I would also love to hear Phil Pallen speak on social media! I do think that line-up is priceless and a ticket would be a wonderful opportunity! It is a good thing I am local ;)

Um, choose 1??? The agenda/panel is amazing.

I would choose Niche Careers as the one I’m dying to hear. Reason being I’m an Interior Designer in Facilities/Corporate Space Planning for a large corporation. I’m lost/drowning and un-fulfilled. It’s time to make a change and figuring out what part of design to jump to
    is quite the challenge.

    Cheers,

Well of course I want to hear you speak, Cassandra! The Business section of the program is enticing – the segment on collaborations etc, I am curious to hear Kimberley Seldon – Business of Design. In fact the whole program is very inspiring from Niche Careers to Career Designer Blogging. Would love to attend!

Wow! I would say Contracts and Career Design Blogging, but honestly the list just got better and better as I scrolled. Fingers crossed, this would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Well of course you, m’dear! I’ve been a loyal blog reader for a while now. I would also love to hear from any of the magazine folks – being that I’m already in communications field, it’s interesting to hear where they think things are going in such a changing landscape. The whole program looks great!

Wow, that’s a tough one…I’d be very interested in hearing from Kimberley Seldon for her expertise on the business end; Keri Peterson to gain insight on her staging techniques; or I’d love to hear from someone at a magazine like Mike Ragan of LA Design Mag.

Choosing one is laughable, but as an official Seattleite now, I do have a bit of a bias for the locals… ;) Keeping my fingers double crossed!

I’d love to hear from Phil Pallen on Social Media. I manage the social media for my own business (obviously) and also for the retailer I work for, and I’m always looking for new ideas and strategies to be more successful.

This is an amazing opportunity – thanks for hosting such a great giveaway, Cass!

Are you kidding me? I’m not choosing one of these people! But the brain I’d most like to pick is Shannon O’Leary of Seattle magazine. I’m a born and raised Seattle girl, and I’d love to learn more about how she chooses and shares the best things about our city.

As a long time reader of your blog, it would be a great opportunity to get to meet you in person! I’m a huge fan of Veranda magazine so seeing Leslie Newsom Rascoe would be icing on the cake! To be honest, it would be a dream to hear all the presenters. Plus, the added bonus of getting to visit Seattle, a city I have wanted to experience for a long time. Design Camp…I need you!!

I don’t know if it’s too late to reply but I’ll give it a shot anyways. I’ve been lusting after this event for a while now – the entire lineup looks so incredibly informative and inspiring.

While I am also beyond excited to see and network with all of these amazing speakers (Shannon O’Leary! Jillian St. Charles! Mitra Morgan!) the one person I am dying to meet is Keri Petersen. Staging is one of my true loves and having recently moved to Seattle I would absolutely adore the opportunity to talk and pick the brain of a local (and global!) expert in the field. xx
