GET THE LOOK :: A JUMPSUIT FOR NEW YEAR’S EVE

Grasie362-002

This New Year’s Eve, I’m trying an non-traditional outfit; I’ll be ringing in 2016 wearing a jumpsuit. With seventies fashion in full swing, this look can be dressed up for a party in the city, or kept fashion-forward for a casual dinner with friends. As of now, my NYE plans include going to dinner with a […]

GET THE LOOK :: A FEMININE TUX FOR NEW YEAR’S EVE

Ashley-Louise-NEXT-Miami-shot-by-Maximilian-Rivera

As usual, I’ve completely left New Year’s Eve plans for the last possible minute. Luckily, my dad owns a restaurant (if you’re looking for a place they still have room – check out the menu here!) so we’ll be headed there for dinner, but after that, the night is open to possibility! But one thing I don’t want […]

I don’t know how you can call something so classy a train wreck – especially with how those girls are rocking this look! I think it’s a unique alternative to squeezing into a too-tight dress… THAT is a train wreck.

oooh, those sequined shorts are cuuuuute!

I cannot pull off the short-shorts, but I would totally wear this with skinny ankle trousers! And those pink heels <3

    Happy New Year!

GET THE LOOK :: HEAD-TO-TOE GREY

the-the-look-head-to-toe-grey

First Birkenstocks, now endless layers of grey? Seattle sure seems to be right on trend these days, doesn’t it? But when you actually live in the grey (or with the guys who are still wearing socks with their birks) the trend doesn’t always seem quite as appealing. However – being a black-and-white girl myself, I happen to […]

I thought it was silly when I heard grey was going to be a huge fall trend, but now I’ve found my closet full of it. I ADORE that chunky grey knit in the second photo.

GET THE LOOK :: WESTERN-STYLE FRINGE

get-the-look-western-fringe-cocokelley

Western style has been slowly creeping back into closets the past year or two, but I think it’s safe to say that the look has become a full-on trend at this point, with cowboy inspired ankle-boots, bolero hats, and – of course – plenty of fringe… The good news? You don’t have to look like a […]

GET THE LOOK :: PALAZZO PANTS FOR SUMMER

palazzo-pant-trend-coco-kelley

Every time summer rolls around, I pull out my box full of those few articles of clothing reserved strictly for warm weather, and out come my favorite white, wide-leg linen pants. I’ve always found it funny how people are intimidated by this style – especially if they’re short like me – but the truth is that […]

I’m 5ft and I love wide-legged pants. I usually pair them with tank tops since I’m so petite. The only thing with wide legs and petite frames is you’ve got to have a good tailor :’)

I so agree with you, palazzo pants are so flattering.
I love your choice of fancy pants, they always look so effortless and chic!
They always look great in linen or a more fluid fabric, especially in neutral colours.
Your choice of casual pants, in prints or a soft jersey are also great!
You can’t go wrong with a palazzo pant, It’s a summer essential!

Thanks for the alternate! There are tons of great camis out there – I just have the WORST time finding ones that actually fit me well without puckering, etc and I really love the tibi ones. Have you tried this one? I’m curious!
