DULY NOTED :: 2.28

I’m sure I’m not the only one who is thankful that today is the last day of February, and the promise of spring is just around the corner… right? After a week straight of packing boxes and moving and unpacking boxes and cleaning, I’m looking forward to getting settled into my new place this weekend, and starting March off with some fresh perspective and energy. Here’s hoping these jazzy links will get you inspired too…

1 // This little girl (and her mama) are the kind of instagram sensations we need more of. I just about died seeing the paper dresses that they come up with nearly daily together.

2 // J.Crew released some of its spring collection and I’ve officially overloaded my shopping cart. First priority goes to this baseball tee that has me ready for summer at the ballpark!

3 // I’ve been obsessed with patches lately, and wanted a few to add to my camo beanie. These gem-inspired patch pins are the best. things. ever. I want them all.

4 // As much as I hate to admit it, I think the only things that have helped me survive this week are booze and coffee. And this cocktail has both. So cheers to that (and please pour me one!)

5 // Last week I showed off my family’s restaurant, and made a little request for some support in our Kickstarter campaign. Many of you answered the call, and for that I am incredibly grateful (readers have given over $1.5k!). I promise that it will be money well invested! But don’t take my word for it. Check out Erin’s post on Apartment34 explaining why this restaurant is so near and dear to our hearts. The girl seriously made me cry.

6 // There are certain things that are so hard to find in simple, easy affordable design options – jewelry stands being one of them.  Was super happy to stumble upon this option from Bauble Bar! I’ll take two, please.

    Thrilled to be in this fantastic and inspiring list! I’m especially excited about being here with sweet Miss. “Mayhem” I’ve been obsessed with her all week when I found out about this crafty girl after my own heart. Paper + fashion does it for me for sure! I’m loving the creations she and her mom put together and can’t wait to see more- especially after this Oscar weekend!
    Again, thanks you for featuring my brooches- it’s an honor to be featured on one of my favorite blogs!

    Love the jewelry display idea! I always need to SEE all my jewelry so I don’t forget about some of my pieces. Hard to do in a tiny bathroom. That stand might solve all of my problems….but yes, I’ll definitely need (at least) two.
