When it came right down to it, I really couldn’t decide on which room to choose for today… so I chose both. And it’s not hard to see why…

It’s that bold, bold blue! Amongst other things of course.

The first room, the ‘library’ belonging to Jeanette Whitson, is a heavenly little escape for reading… of course, its also the most perfect movie room. One can only hope there’s a big screen across from the sea of blue velvet (I mean, let’s be real here).

The second space, is not your average kitchen – obviously. But for reasons beyond the completely custom聽cabinetry聽and stunning marble floor. This, my friends, is the聽poolhouse kitchen. Seriously? It also happens to be one of my most favorite homes featured on the pages of Elle Decor in quite some time.

Obsessed with that floor! Not sure when the poolhouse kitchen will happen (if ever), but I’ll take that kitchen for my everyday one. Love the mirror on the island too – so unique.
