While last Friday had me in a bit of a mood, I realized that while I certainly can’t control the sunshine (which happens to finally be shining right now!), at the very least, I can control some happy spring thoughts. So, I’ve surrounded myself with flowers, banned Bon Iver from my playlists, and started a little wishlist of items to bring me right into the season…
Minty tones seem to be unavoidable this season, and I love them paired with nudes, corals, black and white, and some yummy rich wood. I’m always surprised at how – when I start pulling current obsessions together – they seem to tell a story. I could see a glam beach house decorated with all of these pieces, and the owner’s wardrobe to match. I only wish that owner were moi!

I’ll agree, the sunny weather we had the last two days definitely helped pull me out of my funk! WIth Summer not really showing up until July 5th in Seattle, it’s so easy to get impatient with the weather!
