Sooooo… I’ve been minorly obsessed with this styling lately. After weeks of staring at this image, I had to break it down to figure out what I love about it the most in a effort to recreate it for myself!
At first, I thought it was just the colors (fabulous) but then I realized, it’s really a few things. First off – the oversized coat. Really hard to pull off, but I’m seriously considering this Parry coat as a substitute for the large caramel sweater here. Secondly – yes the colors. Especially that hit of red that I’m craving in my wardrobe at the moment.
But, what it really comes down to is the two-tone mix of accessories! I love the brighter red gloves mixed with burgundy clutch, don’t you? And of course this could be done with any color – just pick a favorite! A perfect alternative to my usual head-to-toe black. I think I’ll hunt for the perfect combination of greens…
