High Point :: Lovely At Lexington

Before my last trip to High Point, I’ll admit that I didn’t know much about Lexington and their brands. All that changed, however, when a few of us got the grand tour of their space in October!

First up is their Aquarius collection…

Modern and colorful, many of my favorite pieces were found here, including that narrow cocktail table which was one of my Style Spotter picks. It’s so hard to find something in this scale that’s still so chic! And doesn’t that orange dresser just look like an Hermes box ready to be opened?

In the main Lexington there were some beautiful contemporary finds, but what I really loved were the detailed backs of these chairs! So important for pieces that float in a room. Also, I couldn’t get a decent photo of it (too dark in these showrooms, I tell ya!) but this gentleman’s closet was to die for.

But my favorite area may have been the Tommy Bahama collection…

Tropical and colorful, I wanted to move right in to these spaces!

I loved all the bamboo detailing on the pieces, and the fantastic mix of textiles. This feeling also carried into the outdoor collection…

While their fabrics are not necessarily exclusive, some of the colourways are, including this black and white palm print which I loved.

With the rain pouring outside, this bar made me wish I were in a bikini sipping something with a paper umbrella in it! The amazing part about these pieces is that what looks like wood is actually metal. Crazy right? And perfect for outdoor living!

Any pieces catch your eye here?
