Now that you’ve seen all the pretty little pieces of the anniversary party, it’s time for the real fun! The people. The food. The wine. The photobooth!!
The evening began with a signature cocktail I created called ‘The Corallina’ (don’t worry, we’ll be sharing that with you later this week!), and some delicious appetizers from our wonderful chef, Patrick of Cachon Catering. But the best part was definitely moments like the one above where some surprise guests (ahem, Anne + Erin) made things even more fun!
Then, guests took a seat at our beautiful tables, and the delicious summer menu began! I worked with the chef to create an Italian-inspired menu that was perfect for a very warm summer evening…
Along with our delicious dinner, we enjoyed the perfectly paired wines provided by SOZO – a label that not only produces some fantastic pours, but comes with a mission to give back too. In their words: “We are working hard to be fanatical producers of great food & wine and efficient at distributing resources to the poor, while engaging with our friends to enjoy life and make a difference in our world. Every Sozo product consumed provides anywhere from 1-25 meals for orphans, widows and homeless who lack basic needs.”
Excuse me while I give a huge plug for this company and all that they’re doing. It’s rare to find a group of people who understand the importance of creating such a quality product that the rest of us truly want to purchase and enjoy while also lending so much support to those in need. Might I suggest a bottle of the Syrah/Tempranillo blend? (Ok, off my soapbox now… on with the evening!)
So… I gave a little toast, and everyone settled into for a night of dining, drinking, gossiping, discovering new friends, and celebrating!!

Oh… and of course, there was photo boothing!
Complete with dance party. Naturally.
Needless to say, it was an evening to remember, so thank you for letting me indulge in this moment of sharing entirely too many photos with you!!

Congratulations! The party looks like so much fun. That calligraphy is beautiful and I’m seriously dying for those decorations and balloons!
Now, you sure know how to throw a party
)))
First of all I love the color palette, so rich in garden hues, yet so fresh.
The atmosphere looks warm, friendly and almost magic. I like narrow tables so much, I think they bring people closer
And your dress and shoes rock! The choice of the shoes’ color – smart, timeless, bold but chic
Happy 5th and so many more !!!
