Hello coco+kelley readers! As you may know, I spent last week covering the New York Fashion Week shows for Cassandra (you may have spotted me on instagram!) while she was off on vacation, and now I am very excited to share the full story of my week in the tents with you.
First up – Rebecca Minkoff. Her spring collection showed off a tomboy chic vibe – lots of loose, sporty pieces in very feminine patterns; a fun mix of near-opposites (which you’ll notice is a big trend for Spring!). Tapping another trend, Minkoff’s spring line featured plenty of bright white and I think the crisp, clean look helps balance out the sporty side of line.
A few of my favorite pieces: an all white jump suit (coverall chic!?) a blue-to-orange ombre jacket, and a pretty patterned look in white, greens and peach. Oh, and every single handbag, of course!

What do you think? Do you have a favorite look? (Pssst, you can view video of the entire show on the Rebecca Minkoff site – almost as good as being there in person!). More to come from the runways all week long!

I love the light materials and the fresh colours, but I can’t pick a favourite..
