My go-to outfit lately has been a crisp blue button up + black skinny jeans – the blue is a classic, but a refreshing change from white, and the black skinnies always flattering and just a little edgy. But, what’s funny is that I’ve also recently been drawn to this combo in interiors too…
There’s a retro tone to these rooms that I find irresistible. The combination of black + blue usually feels quite masculine, but the soft french blue (doesn’t that sound better than baby blue?) offsets the dark neutrals nicely. Add a dose of feminine curves and glamorous accessories, and it’s a perfect balance… wouldn’t you agree?

The color (and shape) contrasts in the first picture make me happy. I’m going to have to try this as an outfit. Thanks for the inspiration.
ohh! love it!
Love this combo. Baby blue is a gorgeous color that is not used too often. I love the combo of baby blue and black, it gives it a sophistication.

Color is gorgeous! Great choices of materials, design, and accessories.
I am so in love with that desk. The shape is fantastic!
Hmmm – I’ve always thought “French Blue” was a deeper more saphire blue. Baby blue, to me, is “way pastel” almost an early morning sky. French Blue and white cuffs, baby! franki
I adore that desk ♥
I LOVE black walls. I’ve had a can of black paint sitting in the closet for a while and have been waiting for an inspired moment to break it out. Thank you, now I have a new weekend project!
super ! quelle est la référence de la peinture bleue et du papier peint ? merci
