MY FIRST FALL OBSESSION :: MARC JACOBS

I think I’ve found my first must-have for fall. These Marc Jacobs bouclé pants are a shimmering delight in rich burgundy, and I want to wear them every day, all the time… which I would have to in order to justify actually purchasing them.

To take the fantasy one step further, I’ve paired them with some of my favorite fall pieces of the moment. It’s easy to see which trends I’m going to be gravitating towards in the next few months…

Textured sweaters evoking menswear and tweed, brocade fabrics, and metallic just about everything. And I’ll keep that chambray top from summer in the mix for now too. Also – you can’t tell from the tiny pic, but those oxfords? They look like a Jackson Pollock painting. That graffiti style is so hot right now.
