IN THE DETAILS :: DOORWAYS + MIRRORS + STORAGE

As we say around here at coco+kelley – life is in the details. So, let’s check out some of my current favorites, shall we?

Doorways are an often overlooked detail that can gain so much from a little extra attention – I love the idea of carving out a unique shape to place over the usually square archway.

Salvaged mirrors are some of my favorite accessories, but it’s fairly rare to find them in perfect pairs. So toss out tradition and go with a lovely mismatched set instead! It brings so much character to a new space (as does that re-purposed vanity!).

Who couldn’t use a little more wine storage in their home? (Me, me, me!) While it may not be a feasible option for many of us, if you’re in the midst of a kitchen remodel, or have extra space above your cabinets that could be put to better use, this idea is divinely genius.

ummm the wine storage idea makes me want to run to Home Depot on the way home. My husband would kill me…
