THE ONE

Sometimes I go through the hundreds of images bookmarked on pinterest or saved to one of my many folders and discover a common theme – a color, a texture, a fabric – but when I looked through the small selection of inspiration images for my own apartment, I realized something big they had in common…

THIS rug. I’m infatuated. With a simple palette and ironwork pattern, the rug lays a beautiful foundation to both rooms that is neither overwhelming nor boring. It’s simply perfection. Sooo…. anyone know where to track this gorgeous piece down?

Nathan Turner in LA. I called about it a couple of months ago and they only had smaller sizes left. I think 5×7 is what they told me. Hope that helps!

It’s beautiful! I actually haven’t seen it before (and I see many – many a rug each day…) I’ll keep an eye out for you though!

Will keep a lookout! Have you tried contacting the photographer who took the photo? I’ve tracked paint colours and bed linens down that way! It could take a bit but would be worth getting the rug you really have your heart set on!

It’s a Lisa Fine rug, but I don’t believe she makes rugs anymore. Yes, Nathan Turner’s store in LA has some left. Call there.
