My decorating style is all sparkles when it comes to the holidays, but I also enjoy some quiet little moments around the house to ensure that things don’t get too out of control. This year, I think I’ll take some inspiration from a more natural minimal look to add to the mix…

Bare branches adorned with simple little ornaments and fresh – but not heavy – garland on the windows. The tree will sparkle, and the rest of the house will shimmer. Add in lots of glowing candlelight and I’ll soon be living in a winter wonderland!

Good advice..don’t get carried away! I love that window garland! I think I might do something like that over my kitchen sink window.
So delicate and sweet.
I love this look for home decor. I have a jewelry stand that’s similar but it only looks good with a few sparkling items on it. From Brooklyn with love ~jen
How fun! I have shared the BoBedre photos on my blog too…
It is a wonderful editorial, and I would love to live like that myself.
Nice ideas . Kisses.
Love the branches in slim vases – done!
Love how simple and elegant it is – totally your style!
I think that it is nice to see some simple inspiration…too many people can go over the top at this time of year.
love.
I’m hoping to create a big bare branch bouquet for my table with simple little ornaments and maybe a few tissue paper flowers. Simple and fresh feels really good for this holiday season.
Very simple, fresh and beautiful!
