ROOM OF THE WEEK 5.6

Hold on to your seats darlings, because this week’s room is an entire house full of glamour and bohemian drama…

This is a rock star pad if I’ve ever seen one. And it’s quite possible that it belongs to one since the designer, Madame Sera, is known for working with the likes of Kate Moss, Courtney Love and Lara Stone and Daisy Lowe.

A peek through the heavy Moroccan curtains reveals that the house is not all dark… in fact the rest of it feels quite light with whitewashed wood and high ceilings…

I love how every room emphasizes luxury with curtains and fabrics dripping from the ceilings and inviting seating. A blend of midcentury and old century…

Complete with disco ball of course! Which space is your favorite?

This reminds me of my grandmother–not because it's an "old lady" look, but because it's as glamorous as she is. This is exactly her style! Loves!

It's hard to choose which area I like the best… I think the third one down is just lovely, with its white sofa and guitar collection. Beautiful!

I love it all. Can't say I could live there, but would be great place to rent with a bunch of friends for a wonderful party weekend. Who can resist the disco ball!

I love love love the metallic sofa with the organic plants and natural wood. This place makes me think of someone like Johnny Depp – can't you see him lounging on that sofa? Yummy!

WOW! Absolutely incredible…so much character and emotion going on! I'm drawn to each, but the first really fascinates me – something very seductive and "bad" about it!

Hi. I've just popped over from Table Tonic. Its my first visit and I'm absolutely blown away by this post. I love just about everything! Its a fantastic example of putting together everything you love and it will somehow work. Good advice but scary in practice. Just off to delve deeper into earlier posts.

The floor, the details! So much to take in! I must live there for at least 2 years to fully appreciate it. ;-)

Wow, these spaces can only be described as decadent! Can't imagine doing anything but lounging in one of these rooms! I like the sparkly elements best – the chandeliers, jewelled curtains etc.
