L is For…

Lonny! Oh, and it’s also for LOVE. Because there has been a barren little vacancy in all our designer hearts since the folding of Domino, and it has just been FILLED!

I was so excited to flip through the pages of this new online magazine brought to us by the talented co-founders, Michele Adams and Patrick Cline (who photographed the issue),  and thrilled to see some interiors reflecting my own recent obsessions…

Like touches of olive green, my new favorite gender friendly combo of grey+tangerine, and lots of bar styling!

Not to mention some genius ideas and resources, like this gorgeous pillow created by Eddie Ross from the delicate beading of a dress, or the cute tray used by Grace Bonney under her dishes (so much better than those dingy gross white rubber things!), and these leopard coasters that provide just that touch of rowr to any room – they are soooo calling my name.

I’m sure most of you have already read through the issue (or maybe you’re saving it for a weekend treat!), but I couldn’t not throw out praise for this project that beyond exceeded my expectations. Thank you Lonny!!

    I flipped through yesterday and loved it. My only problem with it is that I found it difficult to read in the flipbook format. Loved Eddie Ross's home and kind of want to move in!

    I couldn't wait! I flipped through it once at work and once at home yesterday. I definitely spotted the booze cart trend too. Need one for easy access entertaining!

    I got on their FB fan list, so I wouldn't miss an issue! I am so excited. I wish it was hard copy, but I'll get over it. xoxo

    This is great! I visited their site last night and there is definitely some fun inspiration. I like printed copies, too, but I might start a folder of print-outs of things that inspire me :)

    Have a lovely weekend, Cass {xo}

    I second all your praises (I'm itching to try that beaded dress turned pillow, and definitely noticed the many cute bar carts!).

    And I second the commenters who said it was minorly difficult to read online. Either too small or I had to scroll around the page. Sometimes the text was a little pixelated too. I'm sure in future issues they'll figure a way to correct these issues, so I'm just relieved to have this new awesome source of inspiration!

    Yes, Lonny is fabulous! Helps fill the Domino gap and so incredible to finally see the house of Eddie and Jaithan – Yeah!
    Can't help it but I do miss lying in bed flipping through a mag, but the design is top notch along with the ideas – Kudos to the team at Lonny! Can't wait to see more!

    I think the Lonny team did an exceptional job designing this layout, and as much as I miss truly flipping pages, I LOVE that I can click on nearly any item in the photos! Well done!
