I once found the most amazing green leather tufted chair at a flea market in Houston. Was in perfect condition. I still get sad thinking of how I left it behind.

That said, I love a green leather piece. It has longevity and the color is perfect for layering and adding depth.

i have the same story!!! i saw one months ago in LA that i loved, and didn’t get it. which is probably just as well, because i probably would have left it in the move… but never again! i think it wears well, and especially in a chair vs. couch…

I like some of you ladies also have a story of the one that got away. A year ago I was a manager at a thrift store and I got to see all the goodies that came in before they went out on the floor. I had two green leather club chairs come in. The were a little bit up that just made them all the better in my eyes. I priced them at only 45 each. I had an employee discount of 50% off and I would have gotten both for 45! I couldn’t think of anywhere that they would fit in my home. So I put them in my window display and I sadly saw one of my favorite customers buy them both. I didn’t even have them in the shop for an hour. Oh so sad. At least I know they went to a good home.
