I love the velvety sheen of the cocoa couches, how the chairs on the green carpet compliment each other so well, and the way the white contrasts with it all and lifts you up to the high ceiling! It makes me wonder what the room looks like from the ground though – a bit heavy on the dark colors perhaps?

Looks good from here! I love that everything old is new again, but I am praying that wall-to-wall carpet is not one of those things.
Yes, we don’t see many rooms with wall to wall carpet these days do we? I currently have it in my apartment and HATE IT! 3 months ’til the lease is up!
